Refund / Cancellation Policy

There is NO CANCELLATION of offering bookings once placed. We request you to kindly avoid impulsive bookings being placed.

There is strictly NO REFUND for offering bookings once placed other than for the following:

In case of any technical issue due to which the amount gets debited from the payer’s account but no confirmation is received from our side, we request the payer to wait for 3 days. Further if no confirmation is received from our end please send us a confirmation from the bank for the amount debited and after verification we shall provide you the refund in 7-10 business days to the original source of payment.

If due to any technical error in the payment gateway, the desired time slot gets booked/expired by the end of payment, we will refund the amount in 3- 7 business days.

If during the payment, your card/bank account is charged twice or you have to make payment second time for any reason then please provide us both the transaction no. /order ID which you would have received after making the payment in your e-mail from the payment gateway. We shall return the amount received the excess in 7-10 business days.
